I am a transgender neurodivergent Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist combining evidence-based therapeutic practices with real-world application, placing your voice and experience at the forefront of therapy.

My approach is rooted in an affirming, anti-racist, social justice lens and combines narrative therapy, mindfulness, family systems, and cognitive interventions, among other perspectives.

I enjoy incorporating mindfulness, grounding, and somatic work into therapy sessions.

I am from and based in Orange County, CA and my sign is Pisces. Outside of my passion for mental health, I enjoy running, gardening, reading, and podcasts.
